Management did not offer any solutions for residents to shower else where. And another portion of the building has been without hot water for a few days as well. Second it’s had water issues from flooding, to major boiler issues. It’s been disclosed by management that the building has significant structural issues and that they are suing the builders (building is 4-6 yrs old)
